This is the eighth consecutive year the firm has received the “Top Rated” designation in the Impulse Survey.
The Impulse Survey is published annually by Impulse Research Corporation of Los Angeles. It contains quality ratings of focus group facilities based on a survey of over 5,000 moderators and researchers worldwide. Researchers were asked to rate the quality of facilities based on their personal experience in areas such as personnel, recruiting, conference and viewing room accommodations, location, service provided and overall value. The latest publication includes 813 facilities worldwide and is widely regarded as the top source of information on focus group facilities in the market research industry.
