Over the past 13 years he has grown the company from one focused strictly on data collection into a full-service research organization. His personal experience and strategic vision provide both his company and its clients with a clear perspective and inspired guidance. It was just this type of inspiration that led to the development of the innovative APECS® system for customer experience monitoring that is now utilized by leading financial and retail organizations across the United States.

Moh-Yin Chang

Dr. Chang’s experience is largely concentrated on longitudinal and time series data modeling, complex sampling design and estimation and analysis with missing data. Her project experience spans the non-profit and for-profit sectors where she managed and supervised data mining projects and experimental designs.
Dr. Chang developed customer satisfaction metrics to monitor various aspects and staff behaviors that are crucial to improving customer satisfaction. In addition, she established standards and protocols for analytic processes which provided insight for making strategic business decisions based on analytic results.
In addition to her direct project experience, Dr. Chang received graduate training in questionnaire designs, questionnaire translation, data collection methods and advanced experimental designs.
