It was just this type of inspiration that led to the development of the innovative APECS™ system for customer experience monitoring that is now utilized by leading financial and retail organizations across the United States.

Deb received her BA in political science from the University of Iowa. Her MBA and Ph.D. in marketing are both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Dahab has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an Assistant Professor at Creighton University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |
