The MSR Group is contracted to conduct surveys for clients across the US. Our interviewers collect information and opinions on products, services and in some cases public and government policy.

Telephone numbers are chosen at random either from all available phone numbers or from a list provided to us by our clients. These numbers are not attached to any personal information, including names or addresses.

The MSR Group respects the desire of individuals who request to be removed from our current project call lists and we accomodate these requests to the best of our abilities. It is our policy to remove a phone number from our list within 48 hours of a request.

The "Do Not Call" registry was developed to give the public the option of not being called by telemarketers - those companies who want to sell you something. The US government has recognized the importance of survey and opinion research and has ruled that the legitimate research firms, like The MSR Group, are exempt form the Do Not Call registry.
