The MSR Group Adds Martens, Jones

Omaha, Nebraska January 15, 2009 – The MSR Group today announced the addition of Sara Martens as Vice President and Erica Jones as Assistant Research Analyst.
Martens comes to the company with a strong background in account management and strategic marketing consulting. She will serve as a research consultant for many of the firm’s larger clients with specific responsibility to advance the company’s success in new business development, particularly for its APECS® suite of products. Prior to joining The MSR Group, Martens served as Partner in Charge, Account Service and Strategic Planning where she oversaw work for clients in the insurance, banking, healthcare, technology, education and consumer packaged goods industries.
Martens earned a BA in journalism at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has served on the Board of Directors at the Omaha Children's Museum, the Omaha Federation of Advertising and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Journalism Alumni Association.
A recent graduate of Purdue University, Jones has joined The MSR Group’s data analysis team where she will provide support to the research reporting process. While earning her degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Jones was an honor student and received several student achievement awards. She served as a mentor to other students and was a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America.
