The MSR Group Expands Telecenter

Omaha, Nebraska March 4, 2008 – The MSR Group announced today that is upgrading technology and expanding the physical space of its Omaha telecenter.

According to company president, Dick Worick, The MSR Group has doubled the square footage of its satellite telecenter, located at 90th and Blondo, to meet increased demand for its retail banking customer experience monitoring program, APECS®. The company’s main telecenter is located at the company headquarters in the Westroads Office Park.

“Sales of the APECS® system grew over 31 percent last year and we are experiencing a steady increase in requests for proposals from some of the nation’s largest banks. In addition, our telephone survey work in other industries has experienced a slight increase in the past several months. The expansion and technology upgrades will ensure we continue to provide our clients with the most efficient and high-quality research product possible,” said Worick.

Technology upgrades have been made to the computer system used by The MSR Group’s interviewers to record responses to telephone surveys as well as to the telephone system itself. In addition, The MSR Group has upgraded its web technology and added Interactive Voice Response (IVR) interviewing capabilities. The main result of the upgrades is increased speed of data gathering and reporting.
