The MSR Group Adds Three
Omaha, Nebraska June , 2007 – The MSR Group announced the addition of Julian Vermaas, Goktug “James” Yuksel and Valorie Paden to its professional staff.
Vermaas joins the firm as Manager of Market Research. With nearly 20 years in the market research field, he brings a depth of knowledge in customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Vermaas has advanced training in Statistics, Survey Research and Methodology. In his role at The MSR Group, Vermaas will serve as a research advisor and consultant.
Bringing over ten years of computer programming and web design experience, Yuksel will serve as Web Developer at The MSR Group. Yuksel holds two bachelor degrees, one in Civil Engineering from Osmangazi University in Turkey and a second in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Omaha’s Peter Kiewit Institute. A published authority on programming, Yuksel will provide direction and expertise to the company’s web-based research services.
As New Business Development Director, Paden will have responsibility for growing The MSR Group’s financial and qualitative research divisions. Her primary focus will be selling the company’s APECS® customer loyalty measurement system and the Moderator Concierge Service. Paden received a bachelor degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and brings more than 20 years of sales experience to her position.
