Customer Advocacy Tool Earns Its Second Top Honor

Omaha, Nebraska   May 4, 2007 – The MSR Group’s proprietary customer advocacy measurement tool, the APECSTM Performance Monitor, was recently awarded its second Pinnacle Award by the American Marketing Association.
