The MSR Group Captures Two American Marketing Association Pinnacle Awards
The MSR Group, a nationally recognized market research firm, has received two of the Nebraska Chapter of the American Marketing Association's highest award – the Pinnacle award – at the Association's annual awards banquet on April 22, 2004. The MSR Group's first Pinnacle Award was for its customer satisfaction measurement program, APECS®. This award is given to the company, campaign, or program that delivered significant financial return for a client.
"It's an honor and a privilege to accept this award, especially since it is your peers in the industry that nominate and vote for the winner. We've concerned ourselves with providing value and results for our clients, and less with awards. However, winning solidifies APECS TM's credibility among the top marketing professionals in the state", said Dick Worick, president of The MSR Group.
The MSR Group won for its work with a regional banking client by helping that organization increase new accounts, loan volumes, customer referrals, and revenue. A spokesperson from The MSR Group's client stated, "Our revenues are up, our share value has increased, and our net income is the highest it's ever been – and without question, APECS ® has been a major contributor to our financial success."
The MSR Group's second Pinnacle Award was presented to its president, Dick Worick, who was recognized with this year's Lifetime Achievement Award that is given to the person who has demonstrated leadership and excellence in the field of marketing.
