It seems everyone is offering a Web-based survey option these days. Unfortunately, even some of the largest market research firms are offering on-line survey programs without basic data security. At The MSR Group, we take data quality and research integrity seriously.  Our Web interviewing system allows each client to determine the level of security required—from open surveying to password and ID protected access.

The Quota cell management module provides precise quota management and unlimited quota cells.  We can assure that your target audience and any sub-groups are accurately represented.

The MSR Group works with clients to create questionnaires that meet their needs ranging from standard scroll down form surveys to those with complex skipping, list handling, and multimedia requirements.

The MSR Group has the capability to recruit your participants through either traditional mail or by e-mailing appropriate links and passwords. We have excellent response rates and will e-mail or telephone respondents to encourage them if they have not completed or have only partially completed a survey and to reward them if they have completed the whole questionnaire.

Mixed Mode Option

When you add the power of our Mixed Mode option to your next study, you can use our resources to conduct studies that are pure CATI, pure Web interviewing, or any combination of the two. For example, we can recruit respondents by phone and let them choose whether they prefer phone or on-line interviewing. For respondents who prefer on-line interviewing, Mixed Mode can automatically send them e-mail invitations, reminders, and thank you messages. Mixed Mode will also automatically direct mid-terminate on-line interviews back to telephone interviewers so they can be completed by phone.

The Mixed Mode option is designed to:
