The MSR Group utilizes scanning equipment and optical mark recognition (OMR) software to process its mail surveys.  This method of processing surveys allows for optimal data-processing speed without sacrificing accuracy.

We can process forms up to 11 x 17 at a rate of 35-pages per minute.  For quality assurance purposes, our scanning equipment automatically rejects any incomplete or improperly completed survey allowing The MSR Group to manually input responses.  In addition, each survey receives a unique barcode ensuring no duplicate data entry
