Most research firms provide ‘norms’ which are actually nothing more than an aggregate of scores from their limited client base. The MSR Group provides true, statistically reliable norms by conducting the APECS™ survey with a random sample of 1,200 banking customers across the United States.

Initiated in the fourth quarter of 2006, the study mirrors the base APECS™ survey conducted for our clients. An equal number of surveys are conducted within each of the four quadrants of the US as defined by the US Census Bureau which allows for both national and regional norms—and makes it the industry’s most accurate comparative database available. The data are refreshed quarterly to ensure timely comparisons.
